Welcome to ServePremier Education. Our work begins with a belief that has guided my life as an educator: academic excellence and strength of character belong together. Young people need knowledge, judgment, confidence, and compassion to contribute meaningfully to the world.

As the founding head of Fulton Science Academy Private School, I had the privilege of helping build a community around that belief. Since 2012, dedicated educators, families, students, and partners have helped FSA grow through high expectations and a commitment to the whole learner.

ServePremier was established to share that experience. As a nonprofit subsidiary wholly owned by FSA, we bring practical knowledge of school life to school management, educational consulting, and professional learning.

Our Educational Model connects purpose with classroom practice and the systems that sustain improvement. Our I CARE values—Integrity, Curiosity, Advocacy, Resiliency, and Empathy—help turn character into everyday choices and relationships.

Every school has its own history, aspirations, and community. We begin by listening, build on existing strengths, and shape support around local priorities while keeping learners at the center.
