Two starting points

Where is your school today?

Developing a new school

Build an educational foundation before opening: mission, academic program, leadership structure, recruitment priorities, and a coordinated preparation plan.

Example deliverables
  • School development roadmap
  • Staffing plan and leadership structure
  • Academic framework
  • Opening milestones

Strengthening an existing school

Connect your school’s ambitions with clearer priorities, stronger educator practice, and systems that support everyday learning.

Example deliverables
  • School improvement plan
  • Leadership coaching priorities
  • Curriculum review
  • Progress review schedule

Examples illustrate potential support. Deliverables, responsibilities, and timelines are defined in each engagement.

Useful to know

Your questions, answered.

How does a partnership begin?

We start with a conversation about your mission, learners, development stage, and priorities. Together, we define an appropriate scope, responsibilities, and milestones.

Can the educational model adapt to our context?

Our shared principles are shaped around the school’s mission, community, local requirements, and resources.

How is management different from consulting?

Management support connects several areas of school development or ongoing practice. Consulting focuses on a defined project or improvement priority. The agreement specifies the responsibilities of ServePremier and the school.
